GoodSangTang TCM

TCM for Fertility and Women's Health in Singapore

Supporting Women Through Fertility, Menstrual Health, and Menopause

An irregular cycle, months of trying for a baby, the changes that come with menopause: in Traditional Chinese Medicine, these are read as signs of imbalance in the body's energy and organ systems. At GoodSangTang, our practitioners look beyond the surface, drawing on herbal medicine, acupuncture, and other TCM approaches to help restore balance. We support women through menstrual health, pre-conception, and menopause, and for those trying to conceive, our practitioners can work alongside your natural conception or IVF journey.

Our approach

How TCM May Support Women's Health

After a constitution assessment, our practitioners may draw on one or more of the following.

Herbal Decoctions and Gaofang

Personalised herbal formulas, freshly prepared from a formulary of over 100 herbs, as ready-to-drink decoctions or Gaofang, where suitable.

Acupuncture

Needles placed at selected points, used to support the flow of Qi and Blood, where suitable. Charged separately where applicable.

Lifestyle and Dietary Guidance

Practical advice on food, rest, and daily habits that may support your wellness.

TCM may work alongside IVF and conventional care, not in place of it. Please continue to follow your doctor's advice and inform our team of any medication you are on.
